Best Life Essential Oils (store manager) –
Basil is one of my favorite essential oils to use for BIG muscle spasms and muscle cramps. A few drops added to a DIY recipe makes ALL the difference! It’s also great for focus and mental fatigue…. making it a great overall choice to help with many forms of autism. If you commonly get ear infections, put a dab of basil behind each ear at night. It works WONDERS!
