Best Life Essential Oils (store manager) –
Calmer blend is such a great tool to have in your toolbox, when bedtime for your littles is difficult. Applying this to the bottoms of feet may sound super weird, but it’s a QUICK way for your body to absorb the essential oils due to the really large pores on the bottoms of your feet! (Who knew, right?) Adding Serenity to the diffuser helps too… the aromas of both blends complement each other very nicely. 🙂
